I have a tiny voice and am often mistaken for a kid over the phone. Fear not, I graduated from NSCAD University in 2001 so I have many years under my belt. Getting a web site should be an easy and exciting process, especially if it is your first site. I will make sure that you know what to expect at every step and explain the process without using all that technical mumbo jumbo.
