I felt that I must e-mail you to tell you how extremely impressed I am with the service that I received from your company, in particular your employee Jeremy. He was not only extremely professional but friendly and courteous.

Your employee although not scheduled to fix my problem went out of his way to help me, not only me, but rather than leave 3/4 of my condo building, who would have been without television for the weekend, he made every attempt to resolve the problem, even though he was restricted by ridiculous rules and regulations which do not consider or benefit the customer. At 7:00pm on a Friday evening he was still working and still friendly and cheerful. Based on this experience I am anticipating a much superior level of local service.
